Excellent Stay with Convenient Location
spacious apartment good standard great bed lovely shower
The apartment was spacious and met a good standard. I found the bed size great and the shower facility lovely. The kitchenette had sufficient space. I could easily wash up, cook, and prepare food and drink.
I noticed limited room to hang clothes in the closet.

The hotel provides easy access to public transport right outside. Westfield mall is a short walk. The location also allows convenient access to Shepherds Bush tube and overground stations.

Breakfast options were excellent, the staff was very kind. They were especially sweet to my young daughter and even gifted her a teddy. Vidhi looked after us very well, i was impressed.

convenient location friendly staff easy access unfulfilled requirements connected rooms
the location allows easy access to multiple tube stations. bus stops are within walking distance as well. the staff at reception are very friendly. they respond with a smile to any need.
i found that the rooms booked initially were not provided. connected rooms i needed were not available. despite confirmations on the phone, i was told the room types i booked did not have the option.

convenient and well-located!
convenient location useful kitchenette comfortable room
The location was definitely a win. It's right by westfield shopping center. the bus stop outside made getting around easy. my room was comfortable and had a useful kitchenette. i also appreciated the foyer area with its bar.
I think there could be a little more attention to noise control. I heard building work starting early one morning. a bit of advance notice would have been helpful.

I found the staff super efficient. Christelle helped check my reservation and responded quickly. reception staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. aaron, tamara, and dante provided kind assistance as well.

The hotel features a bar area. I found it attractive, though the drinks are a bit pricey. i had four cocktails for £66! i also tried liz café nearby and enjoyed the coffee, juice, and egg dish i ordered.

the location near westfield and the o2 shepherd's bush empire was perfect for me. it's also close to overground and underground stations. this made traveling around simple and convenient as everything was in close proximity.

convenient location, some minor issues
great location quiet room own breakfast
we liked the location near the shopping centre. it was a short walk. our room was quiet. the temperature was easy to adjust, a real plus. we liked making our own breakfast in the room.
the staff wasn't very competent. customer service wasn't great regarding communication skills. room service prices was too high and it was expensive. they only cleaned our room twice in two weeks, according to their rules.

the staff were kind throughout my visit. my room had a useful kitchenette and a nespresso machine, i used it every day. the location provided easy access to nearby shops and transport links! i found the laundry room well-equipped and maintained.
the shower pressure was lower than i would have preferred.
