convenient location, some minor issues
great locationquiet roomown breakfastexpensive price
we liked the location near the shopping centre. it was a short walk. our room was quiet. the temperature was easy to adjust, a real plus. we liked making our own breakfast in the room.
the staff wasn't very competent. customer service wasn't great regarding communication skills. room service prices was too high and it was expensive. they only cleaned our room twice in two weeks, according to their rules.

my studio had a useful kitchenette. the room was spacious and had a good sized en-suite. the foyer area had a pleasant bar area. the room was overall comfortable.

the staff were polite throughout my visit. my room had a useful kitchenette and a nespresso machine, i used it every day. the location provided easy access to nearby shops and transport links! i found the laundry room well-equipped and maintained.
the shower pressure was lower than i would have preferred.

I appreciated the breakfast. It had varied and plentiful options. there was a great bar with a good selection of drinks. it was a convenient spot for grabbing a bite or unwinding after work.

the hotel location was excellent, i found several restaurants nearby. the hotel is close to underground and overground stations. the shopping center is a few minutes away by foot, very practical for shopping.
